Job Description
1. Maintain and develop target customers, provide timely feedback and summarize customer issues and needs.
2. Resolve customer complaints according to prescribed actions and language.
3. Assist in organizing and summarizing customer information, customer demands, and customer profiles.
4. Participate in meetings and training organized by the company and departments.
5. Comply with company rules and regulations, and comply with various performance evaluations of human resources and the department.
6. Obey the overall operation of the team and human resource arrangements, including scheduling, transfer, and market area operation arrangements.
7. Timely report the work situation to the higher-level sales supervisor and complete the work tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirement
1. Basic communication skills and strong computer operation abilities.
2. Standard Mandarin, with certain language expression and communication skills.
3. Be patient, serious, and good at analyzing when doing things.
4. College degree or above, can accept fresh graduates, understand digital collectibles and blockchain products, and those with relevant industry experience are preferred.
5. Accept pre job training.
