The Thousand People Forum on China's Integrated Circuit Industry Innovation and Development was held on the 8th in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Since the implementation of the national major science and technology project "Very Large-Scale Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Processes" (Special 02), my country's integrated circuit industry technology has made great progress. Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone SMIC and other key enterprises undertook national 02 special projects, accounting for about 20% of the total number of national enterprise-led projects, and became a major town in my country's integrated circuit industry.

It is understood that the integrated circuit production technology has been advanced to 28 nanometers, pilot technology research and some key materials and equipment have been laid out at the 20-14 nanometer technology node, the overall technical strength of the industry has been significantly improved, integrated circuit design, manufacturing capabilities and international advanced The level gap is constantly narrowing, packaging and testing technology is gradually approaching the international advanced level, and some key equipment and materials are adopted by domestic and foreign production lines.

With the new wave of development ushered in by China's integrated circuits, this forum is devoted to building a good communication platform for Chinese integrated circuit design companies, manufacturers, packaging and testing companies, and related people in the industry to promote and promote domestic integration The future development of the circuit industry has a positive impact.
